Excel 2007: Add data in multiple cells at one time

• Select all the cells where you wish to add data (either drag to select cells
  that are next to one another or Ctrl + click or Ctrl + drag if cells are in separate ranges)
  
  

• Type the desired text i.e."5000"
  
  
• Press Ctrl + Enter (Data should now be in all the selected cells)
